New Manager Training

We have developed and teach coaching, mentoring, and effective communication to managers and new managers.

We focus on both hourly and salaried workers. Our focus is to equip the managers with tools that allow them to be more effective communicators and draw out peak performance from each employee.

Evaluating strengths and opportunities for the growth of employees is a large portion of the course. We also practice and work with managers on timing, messaging, setting expectations, crucial conversations, Setting standards, and procedures. The course is comprehensive and can be customized to include current company policies and procedures. We have pre-work, and post-course follow up, including coaching sessions for new managers that we also execute.

Our goal with this training is to shorten the time to effectiveness and reduce the conflict that can happen between employees and new managers. The outcome of the training is simple, to make the organization the desired place to work. Reducing employee turnover is also an outcome of excellent manager training.

Managers leave with a profound understanding of what motivates/drives different types of employees. They also have a clear pathway to perform meaningful employee assessments of Confidence and Competence.
